Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.
Secure Packaging
Place the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and certificates of authenticity, then pack it inside a sturdy shipping box.
Insured Shipping
Affix the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location to ensure safe transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our master watchmakers will inspect the timepiece for original condition, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
